Daniel’s Sugar-Free Mushroom Coffee Latte
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon monkfruit or erythritol sweetener
- 1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon Habitual Herbs Mushroom Coffee powder
- 1/4 cup boiling water
- 6 drops liquid stevia (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 cup of your favorite milk (soy, oat, or whole milk all work well)
Instructions
- Add the sweetener, cocoa powder, and mushroom coffee powder to a mug.
- Pour in the boiling water and stir until everything dissolves completely.
- Add the stevia and your milk of choice.
- Microwave the mug for 30 to 35 seconds if you like your latte warmer.
